This puzzle was written for an instance of an event in which people were encouraged to submit puzzles in genres which had not yet appeared in any iteration of the event. Turning Fences is a pet genre of mine and I thought it would be fun to make a long puzzle with a difficulty ramp-up throughout. To get all the way to the end you'll need to be quite adept with some harder Turning Fences techniques.

Rules
Draw a single closed loop by connecting dots horizontally and vertically. The numbers in the grid indicate the amount of turns taken on the four dots around it.
