This is an extremely difficult Turning Fences puzzle. I probably got carried away and let the theme win out over the logic which requires one or two slightly lengthy lookaheads.
Rules
Connect some pairs of orthogonally adjacent dots to form a single non-intersecting loop. Clues indicate the number of turns the loop makes on the four surrounding dots.
