Puzzle #33 - Cupid Sudoku

This is an uncommon Sudoku variant which I haven't seen many examples of. I hope this puzzle showcases some of the more interesting logic which is possible with this rule.

Rules

Place a number from 1 to 9 into each empty cell so that every row, column, and bold-outlined region contains every number exactly once. Each number placed into a cell with an arrow must repeat at least once in the direction of the arrow.

Difficulty: 9/10
